Last night, our Church, in honor of All Soul's Day, held a memorial service for those that have passed away during this year.
It was a beautiful service with amazing music (family favorites: We Remember, On Eagle's Wings and How Great Thou Art).
It will be 6 months tomorrow that Bacia went on to join Grandpa for eternity. I have dreamt of her on a few occasions and based on the scenarios that played out during those dreams, I believe that she is just fine!
At the end of mass, they asked the family members to come up and take the candle that was lit in honor of our loved one. When I came back to Mom and Dad after getting the candle, Mom asked me what the label said......I told her it said:
"Do Not Burn Near Combustibles"
(There was also a ribboned tag around the jar that had Bacia's name on it...I'm thinking that is what my Mom was asking about!)

Funny how they have to put disclaimers on everything, isn't it?
I don't think the people who are attentive enough to read the label are the ones we need to worry about, though...
Hilarious warning label. Love those.
Sounds like a very nice memorial service. *Hugs*
