Also, I will attempt to give you a daily update on Ari's progress for NaNoWriMo.
After day 1, she has written 2,113words! Remember, her daily goal is 1667. I'd say that is a pretty awesome start!
On to the Halloween re-cap:
We went to Lauren's for dinner and then did the trick-or-treat thing around her neighborhood.
On our way though, we did have to drop off Luna Lovegood at a friend's house for a party. Quite the costume, huh?! Dan made the skirt for her. I tried....I failed....Dan stepped in and with the use of my Bacia's sewing machine, we had a skirt.
Earlier in the day, I helped out at Jared's classroom party. I took my dragon sidekick along for help. Everyone in J's class knows Will, so they were excited to see him come in.
In case you are wondering, J is Ash from Pokemon. Ari made the hat for him!
Will checking out his loot and trying to keep the chocolate and chips away from Grandma!
We had a great time - except for that little mishap when we were separated from Dan and Will....oops! Luckily they found their way back to Lauren's.
Candy was sorted last night.....it's amazing how much people hand out! I brought a huge bag into work to share and we still have enough at home that I figure I will be dumping some come Christmas!
Christmas! Did I just say Christmas???? Only 53 days away.......!
