There was a mourning dove in the garden yesterday, patrolling the southern fence, pacing over the bean hills, chasing away any robins or sparrows that came near, occasionally sticking its head through the fence. Funny modo..
The beans
and watermelons
were attacked by some vermin but seem to be recovering.
If I were a G.I. Joe, the corn would be quite impressive
It turns out it was spinach and not (just) grass
