The boys

The boys are often found together. If Jared is going to do something, he nearly always first asks, "Will, I'm going down to feed the ceiling cat, do you want to go too?" Or, "C'mon, Will-Will. Let's go load the cannon and fire off a few rounds into the lake."

William frequently seeks out his brother as well, often querying, "Where's Jah-red?"

I mean, we presumed he'd be a great big brother, but we never conceived he would be patient enough to play the game of life with a two year old.
Jared carefully explained how to play, how to spin and move the cars until William ran off with all the cars about a third of the way around the board, to race them inside on the table. I don't think we've yet recovered them all.

The boys enjoying the view or trying to escape at the top of one of the lighthouses we visited.

Later they were found cavorting with a moose head.

On playgrounds, Jared always makes sure to ask William to climb the slide with him so they can make a train for the ride down.
This particular train seems to have come unhitched (slightly better than unhinged.)
They really enjoyed the visit to Ft. Michilimackinac where they sank several ships just west of the Mackinac bridge.
William appears to be setting a fuse, here..

While at the camp site, much of the boys' time was consumed by pedaling, either Jared trailering Will
Or more commonly, William tightly tooling along on his trike

They also enjoy watching a little tv together, even, chewing on the same fingers.
