Over at Crew Cuisine, the enchiladas anaranjado quickly became our most viewed meal ever (3 views!) – deservedly so, too.
It makes me wonder, though, how many people are hankering for orange enchiladas?
There are certainly not a preponderance of recipes seeing as we’re the number one return on google!
Perhaps, there is a small yet persistant population that has been longingly searching for years for orange enchiladas, only finally finding reward at our little site.
I’m just tickled we were able to fulfill their piquant predilection!
