There was a study a few months ago published in The Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine (also, Nature) that found a correlation between obesity and television viewing but none such for computer activity. One site I regularly read (I thought it was Mind Hacks since Vaughn Bell often poopoos articles vexing technology but I can't find the post..) supposed that might be as tv is a more passive experience or tv viewers are naturally lazy and reach for easy to face-stuff high fat, carb, sodium prepared snacks.
Beyond random associations in my mind, what all that has to do with William eating chickpeas on the couch while watching Phineas and Ferb is that, when I took the picture I reflected back on the study and ensuing conversations and considered how nice it is that our boys (who eat a lot) generally make good snacking decisions, usually reaching for fruit or vegetables. Or chickpeas.
We just have to work on the Queen of the Pringles.. Though she never watches tv..

It's not like i ASKED to be their queen! They begged me, forced me, threatened me. I couldn't refuse Pringles with water guns!!!!
Obviously not true: Pringles are spineless when it comes to water.
