I received beautiful gifts from the hubs and my wonderful children, including these very cool converse all stars (it's like re-living my childhood with these...oh back in day....)
On the Friday of Mother's Day weekend, Jared greeted me with this lovely, colorful, tissue paper flower bouquet as I picked him up from school. They even included a card that was signed "Love, Jared - AKA 1-800-Flowers" That boy - he cracks me up!
And then this, this gorgeous plant, was waiting for me when I woke up Sunday morning. The buds are heart-shaped. How cool is that??
But...wait....there's more....This Mother's Day was extra-extra special for me this year because this handsome little fellow was baptized. (oh the cuteness.....I could just eat it up....)
After the service, we took the obligatory shot with our wonderful priest, Fr. Jim (who, sadly, is retiring at the end of June) and the Godparents.
ONE OF THE BEST MOTHER'S DAYS EVER.....EVER.....EVER!
