We have had so much good news out of Detroit recently! First Matt Millen gets fired, now the former anchor of Washington Boulevard(its own grandeur just restored) is set to open on Monday.

Previous and numerous attempted renovations all fell through after the developers completed their pillage of the city, blaming unforseen, costly damage or collapse of funding.

The scam seemed so sweet the Crew was floating a proposal to revamp the building.

But we were beat out by the Westin Hotels and the tremendously quick redo of the Book Cadillac is complete!
