Fog moved in as we approached the Miners Castle viewing area.
The family is well summed up by this picture at the Miners Castle overlook
After Miners Castle we decided to head to Michigan's north shore on Lake Superior and the mouth of Miners River.
No water is too cold for little e's
J ponders the vastness of Lake Superior
Ari suddenly comes to the realization charred wood is messy
"Whaaat? It was the wave!"

We asked for directions to the Pictured Rocks and were told to head west on 126. Apparently we went to far and landed in Oregon.

Miners river at the shores of Lake Superior
We then lit out to Miners Falls
Just a trickle in July
At this point we've done a lot of hiking
In an attempt to avoid further scenic viewing, Will pretends to be a cupie doll
As we walked towards the western viewpoint of the falls, we wondered what was supporting the walkway. Also, there is a little cave..
Which is significant because
the little e's thought it was neat
The western viewpoint of the falls.
