Work to the Burn

Organized sports' season has begun: Ari with The Devil Rays Softball Team and Jared with The Red Dragons Soccer Team.

Softball began with a bang as Ari was beaned in the face within the first two minutes of her first practice. She hung in there and finished the practice and meeting II was much better. She is a fantastic batter and due to her exceptional fielding skills will be playing short stop or second base.

Jared had his first soccer match today, and though he has been out of school sick this week, he wanted to try and play. He didn't last long but did make a couple of great saves. We had to take him home early but the Red Dragons were ahead 2 - 0 in the third quarter.
